Notice to permanent and seasonal residents of the MRC Pontiac,
As part of the implementation of the MRC Pontiac Residual Materials Management Plan, we would like to know your practices with regards to household composting.
Your participation in large numbers is essential, because the information collected will allow your municipalities to recover provincial subsidies related to waste management and composting.
Below you will find the survey and four ways to participate:
- cut out the survey from the newspaper and return it by mail or in person to your municipal office;
- complete a copy the survey made available at your municipal office;
- call your municipal office and complete the survey by phone;
- complete the survey online on the MRC Pontiac website at the following address:
A draw for a composter of $100 value will be held in the 2 municipalities with the greatest rate of participation.
Deadline for participating in the survey is June 20, 2017!
- Taxes are mailed out! Balances over $300 can be made in 3 installments April 1st, July 1st and September 1st (check or cash only). Interest accrued on unpaid balances is calculated at 18%.
